We hired Ott Trucking, AKA A-1 Ott Transport, AKA Jerry Ott, to move our manufactured home through the contractor doing the take down and set up. Ott changed the wording of the contract we agreed to in August three days before the home was moved in November increasing the fees they charged, They demanded to be paid only with a cashier's check at that time as well, resulting in a 65 mile trip to our bank to get the cashier's check they said was necessary because the two truckers they had subcontracted demanded to be paid before moving our home and then told us those truckers wanted to get paid upon delivery, but the other truckers left before that could be done. Then Jerry Ott was operating the remote control crawler and ran over the electrical lines and conduit, and water pipe coming out of the cement slab foundation, breaking the conduit off at the cement and stripping the wires, which will have to be repaired at our expense because Jerry and Karen Ott hauled butt as soon as they got paid and we didn't find out about Jerry's carelessness until afterwards. It was a nightmare dealing with them and hopefully this review will prevent someone else from falling victim to them.
