I love my 1 bedroom apartment, unfortunately I have to let it go since I will be getting married and moving in with my fiancé. This community is nice and clean. I didn't have any problems with my place and never saw any critters. They kept up with treating the apartments to keep the critters away. Also keeping the place clean keeps those critters away. The staff is very nice and professional. Ms. Rachel Sawyer always does her best for the residents of the community. There are somethings out of her reach and people need to understand this, the staff is only doing their job, no need for rudeness. I am saying this because I have seen the way some people can be with the staff with something they have no power over. Things happen and the staff deals with it the best they can. My stay at Pinewood has come to an end. I enjoyed my stay :)
