quick story, was headed out of town, got a flat on a boat trailer with special tire size. scot was getting his daughters ready to go to prom, taking pictures etc... drove to his shop after hours pulled tire from a piece of equipment he had at the shop drove out to us half hour from his place of business, changed tire on side of the road in the pouring rain, and got my wife and I back on our way to the lake. greatest service I have experienced in my 38 years of business. I won't ever forget his kindness. I hope to bring that kind of customer service to my own company, definitely hope to pay it forward.
