The phone number is not working. The letter is from IRS Philadelphia, PA has a 800 number. I live in Alaska and there is a four hour time difference. I calla the number at 5:00 am AST and their Time is 9:00 am. All you get is a recording and the tell you The office is closed. Their hours of operation are 7am to 7pm This system is messed up.The recording tells you to go to irs.gov and you can get the information there. You have to set up an account and they can't verify your info. You must give them your address and you will receive info by snail mail.
