Golden West Homes and Redline are crooks. After the CampFire in Paradise they took advantage of us by over promising and under delivering! Their workmanship was extremely poor, the home had too many issues to list, they lied to us, made terrible design mistakes and took almost 8 months+ longer to get us in than promised. We had to file a Complaint against them w/ the California Dept of Housing to get them to correct some of the major issues. .. not all were repaired. They're all extremely Narcissistic and made us feel like we were the problem. They should be ashamed of themselves, especially the owner!!
