I was incredibly frustrated with the way the staff treated me. After voicing my concerns i requested additional information about the service, and was told "If you don't like it, don't come here". The staff acted provided no help and was pretty much useless. The parking system is "in my opinion" deliberately hostile to patrons and delivers fines within minutes of parking, drastically inferior to the old system where you pay when you leave.
