I regret using Bales Masonry for my mailbox project. He charged me over $3000 to build a simple brick mailbox. This was not the agreed upon price. The mailbox is not built the way I asked it to be built. He used the cheapest mailbox possible. He did very sloppy work and refused to fix it after countless texts and phone calls. He would tell me, don’t worry I will fix it, weeks passed by and he did nothing. The flag was placed sloppy and is ready to fall off. The mailbox sticks out way to far and looks ridiculous. It is embarrassing. I have pictures as prof.
