I had terrible service with one of the service people and th service manager. I was able to get things resolved after speaking to someone higher in management. I did not trust the service manager or the one service rep but this was proven when I reviewed my bill when I got home. I noticed that the service department made an unauthorized change to my email address and put a fake email address. This is totally unacceptable and dishonest. I didn't think Jim Coleman Automotive would have staff that behave like this.
