This place is infested with bugs and mice. There electric constantly goes out its not up to date. Its freezing in the winter time there heat barely works. There is black mold in some of the rooms ive been in and they refuse to do anything about any issues you have. The people that rent the place are not friendly and jump to conclusions. Ive been threatened multiple of times when i had a guest over to check on my health and well being. All in all i dont think this place is legally legit to be open and if it is then they do a poor job at maintaining it your on your own if anything goes wrong cause they will accuse you of the problem.
