In my opinion, this person should have their license questioned, as I believe their words and behavior were unprofessional or incompetent. I felt like Heenan was annoyed with me before I could open my mouth; I felt judged. They appear to check several red flags of a bad therapist. No mental health professional has the right to speak to anyone, client or not, with an aggressive tone over common issues that adults can resolve.

I didn't expect a therapist to shout insults, like as if I'm some low-life scumbag. We barely knew each other. Terrible.
