I was pleased with the way the staff treated me and the quality of the product. The staff acted exactly as I would expect them to in this type of business. My order was filled a little ahead of the schedule--a nice surprise! Their pricing schedule is competitive and fair for what they're offering. This business tried hard to make it's location convenient, and succeeded for the most part. My dad W.J.Koch Sr. established this business in the 1930s. He had two of these businesses and sold the one in Centerville, Ohio in the early 1940s . He was the first to use the name Goodhousekeeping because he did not have the name register with the government the Goodhousekeeping magazine took the name .
