You need to include the West Salem phone, address, etc. And nobody takes time out of their day to call and get the run around having to press this number and that number just so they can talk to your voicemail. I took the time out of my day to call you, so take the time to answer your phone. If you don't have enough employees to answer your phones, I haven't worked in years, give me the job.
