Rented a Commercial space The Sadler Company, L.L.C owns for 12 years. Moving out due to COVID not allowing us to work since March 2020, we had an agreement with their property manager Buchanan Property Management that if we returned the space clean (when we left it was in better shape that we received it) we would get our deposit back. Called to have the final walk thru and Bucky said we would not receive our deposit. This property management company is horrible, their reputation speaks for itself. It's sad that the Sadler Family has put their faith in this company representing them. Mr. Sadler was a great man, he respected his tenants and would come to our business regularly to just check in. It is a shame the family doesn't care more for what was left to them.
