This company doesn't care about there customers at all. Spent about $12,000 with them. Sent a bad head to me and they didn't have another one so they had to rebuild the core that we send them. After we waited for a week we got the head back. The head is for an farm truck that only works about half the year, when the head went out it had 32,000 miles on it and it dropped a valve seat which took out the brand new turbo that was installed at the time of the overhaul. This truck was serviced 5,000 miles then 10,000 after that. They are making up excuses why they don't have to stand be hind there workmanship. They truck was brought back to us on 4/19/19 well before the warranty was up on 5/2/19. The owners of this company don't care about the customer at all they just want the money. This is the worst company to work with at all, they are just money hungry and don't want to help out when they should back up there work. SO if your ever in Denver CO area and have diesel trouble DON'T use them cause if something happens they will NOT warranty it and you'll have to spend the same amount of money all over again. Absolutely horribI was pleased with the way the staff treated me and the quality of the product. The staff acted exactly as I would expect them to in this type of business. My order was filled a little ahead of the schedule--a nice surprise! Their pricing schedule is competitive and fair for what they're offering. This business tried hard to make it's location convenient, and succeeded for the most part.
