I was highly dissatisfied with the customer service. The one guy behind the desk sits there on his phone and doesn't pay attention to the customers and what they're saying. He charged my card and took my money and didn't try and give me my change back. He spoke to me as if I was a little kid and he ran that store any way he wanted. It's always the same guy with the same problems. He needs to be taken out of customer service before he causes problems for that store. He's the only one who's like that. He's been like this for years. I would like to speak to someone seriously about the rudeness, the disrespectful things he does, and his lack of any care that he's at work and not at his own personal home or something.
