A long standing relationship with this company ended very badly. After almost 25 years with Dynamic, we found extensive termite damage to our home. We had an active termite warranty with Dynamic, but when it came time to repair this damage and re-treat our home, the owner wouldn't call us, ignored messages, promised to pay for the damage repair "on time", and we never received a payment. Yes, we had to hire our own contractor to repair the damage, he wouldn't even help us find someone to do that. If this is how a long-standing customer is treated, we would NEVER recommend a new customer contracting with Dynamic Pest Control.
