From the very first contact I had with Ed until the delivery of a 5"10" Kawai RX-2 grand, he was accommodating, helpful, very knowledgeable, and one of the most professional piano technicians with whom I have ever had the pleasure of working. I have been a professional musician for 44 years, and only in retirement have I been able to afford a quality piano. I had my mind set on a particular brand and size, but after meeting Ed and playing the several pianos he had for sale, it didn't take long to find one that was exactly what I was looking for. The price was over my limit by several thousand dollars, but Ed worked with me to allow me time to come up with the difference. From start to finish, the experience was relaxed and pleasant. (Ed's one-man delivery and set up is a fascinating experience in itself!) I recommend him without reservation to anyone looking to buy a quality, well-maintained piano. David B.
