I wish I could give negative stars. I dropped off my son's karate gi for two patches and some piping to be sewn on first thing in the morning on 9/6 and was told it would take a week. I called back on 9/18 to find out if it was ready, and was told that she wasn't even planning on starting on it until 9/23. I just called back today, 9/25, to be told that she'd taken it home and I can pick it up tomorrow. When I mentioned that this was the THIRD date I had been given, the owner copped a HUGE attitude and I could hear her yelling in the background at the poor employee who had taken my call. This is not a business; it's a "when I feel like it" hobby masquerading as a legitimate business. God only knows if my son's gi will be ready when I show up tomorrow, and I fully expect her to be as rude as she was today. Go ANYWHERE else before you keep this woman in business.
